Living a Rooted Life
My name is Annie and I am thankful you are here! I am a follower of Jesus, a wife, and a mama of 4! Every day I am navigating typical to do lists, after school activities, tons of laundry just like the most of us, and messes around our home. My husband and I have walked through many seasons of growth, change, and goodness in our 12 years of marriage. I was a teacher for almost 10 years where as my husband has worked in different fields. But together, we have grown a passion for ministry. Our main ministry is home with our 4 children. Psalm 127:3 states “Children are a gift from the Lord. They are a reward from Him.” We truly believe our children are from the Lord and it’s our job as parents to raise them up in the Lord and teach them how they should live (Proverbs 22:6). Beyond our ministry at home, my husband and I love serving at our church. We love that you are here to walk alongside us as we are all trying to seek Jesus more and more in our every day lives!
Our foundation
A Rooted Life exists for anyone who want to be anchored in their faith and grow with purpose no matter what season they are in. Like it says in Psalm 1:3, we believe A Rooted Life is planted by living water, receiving our daily strength from God's truth, and remaining steady through the joyful and sorrow. Every day, we NEED Jesus to sustain us!
