Welcome to my blog!

Here, we explore the concept of living a rooted life—a life grounded in purpose, connection, and authenticity. In today's fast-paced world, it can be all too easy to get swept up in the chaos and forget what truly matters. This blog serves as a space to quiet our hearts, learn from one another and have deeper relationship with Jesus.

Faith

My story begins with Jesus. Jesus is the one who is constantly steady, he directs my every step and purpose, and he invites us to grow deeper roots in him. In my current season, I am navigating marriage, motherhood, my career, and every day moments and I want my life to reflect His grace and goodness. I fail daily but I am thankful for the mercy of The Lord that guides me!

Romans 10:9 “If you believe with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Family

One of God’s greatest gifts is family. I am thankful for the family he so graciously gave me. My husband, Travis and our 4 kids have taught me so much. The messy moments that won’t last forever. The long nights and early mornings- they are all apart of this beautiful calling called motherhood. I am passionate about creating a loving home built on Jesus as our foundation. On this blog, I share real-life lessons, meals, and schedules that have strengthened my family and our connections.

Joshua 24:15 “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Proverbs 22:6 – “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."

Freedom

To me, freedom means walking confidently in who God created you to be. It’s letting go of comparison, pressures of perfection, and anxiety and instead embracing a life marked by purpose, joy, and peace. I want this blog to inspire women to be bold in their faith, make intentional choices, and pursue an abundant life that Jesus promises.

Galatians 5:13 – “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”

2 Corinthians 3:17 – “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
